Now that I have my Supra fast enough for me to feel confident
about bragging,
I wanted to put some vinyl on my car. However, I didn't want
to be accused of over doing it. I guess I want subtly but
proud.

The Project. |
|
I decided to get a TRD sticker
to go across the front window. I saw another another Supra owner in
Missouri who had one, asked him about his, and found out his mom makes signs.
I bought one off of him. Unfortunately, he moved not too long after.
Later I wanted to put on a roll call of sorts, and decided
to have small stickers made that would go along the rear side
windows. I went with a grey as that is the color of my
interior and was the color of the factory pin striping. Mark Kubes was able to take my jpegs and make the vinyl I wanted.
Thanks Mark.

Difficulty. |
|
1- This is difficult because it takes patience, and a good eye.
I've seen far to many people with stickers on there cars and they
are not centered or straight. 2- Any error and the sticker is
likely ruined.
|
|
The Problems. |
|
1- Since my roll call stickers are so small, there are parts that
are very tiny as well. I will have to pay attention to these
to make sure they stay in place.

|
The
Payoff. |
|
The
payoff for this was purely personal. Contrary to popular
belief, stickers don't make the car any faster.
